At 3 Star Ceramics & Sanitary, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

To return an item, use TCS or Leopard courier services. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges when returning items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed according to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect.

Exclusions

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, custom orders, or special promotions. These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
