Free Shipping across Pakistan on all orders.

All customer orders are fulfilled by 3 Star Ceramics & Sanitary via PostEx and Call Courier Logistics, ensuring hassle-free delivery and returns.

Upon order confirmation through call, you will be provided with a tracking ID to monitor your order status.

Orders received on Sundays or national holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Delivery time is typically between 2–5 business days (no deliveries on Sundays). During peak seasons or high demand, it may take up to 7 working days.

Our customer service representative will confirm each order via call, SMS, or WhatsApp if you're a new customer.

Returns, Refunds & Replacement Details

• We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
• Change of mind is not applicable.
• Please include the reason for return when sending back items.
• Customers must send returns via a traceable courier like Trax Logistics or any registered service at their own expense.
• Delivery charges (typically Rs. 250) are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or Store Credit.
• Refunds are processed within 2 working days after receiving the returned items.
• Replacement delivery is charged approx. Rs. 250 to cover two-way courier costs.
• Please pack the product in its original (or similar secure) packaging. Our rider will exchange the parcel during pickup/delivery.
